This policy explains what information we collect through letsfafo.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Neuro Forge LLC ("we," "us"), the company behind FAFO and AgentOS.

What we collect

The site is an early-access page. We do not require you to create an account or log in. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to submit through the design-partner application form:

• Your name
• Your company
• Your email address
• The message you write about what you are building

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and roughly where traffic comes from). When you first visit, we ask for your consent before any analytics cookies are set: if you reject, Google Analytics stays off and no analytics cookies are stored. If you accept, it collects usage data such as your approximate location, device, and browser. We use this only to improve the site. We do not run advertising, and we do not sell your data. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies and site data in your browser, which will prompt the banner again.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to evaluate and respond to your design-partner inquiry, and to communicate with you about working together. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share your submission only with the service providers that help us operate the form and respond to you:

• Web3Forms processes the application form and delivers your submission to us by email. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) measures site usage on our behalf via cookies and similar technologies. See the Google privacy policy.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the site. Your browser requests these from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request. See the Google privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

How long we keep it

We keep design-partner applications for as long as needed to evaluate the inquiry and maintain our relationship with you, and to meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing. We honor these requests where they apply.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and our practices evolve. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
